They are one of the most colourfull fish to come out of the ocean, as you can see.

These Dorado are one of the most athletic fish you can hook into, the jumps are spectacular and the fun can be non stop when you get into a shoal of them.

'Amberjack', or 'Medregal' as it is known here, just getting ready for the filleting knife while the Mrs peels the potatoes.
we have to use steel wire traces when fishing for these Wahoo as the teeth are as sharp as a razor.

It's an older pic of me with a Male 'Bull' Dorado but one of my favourites as you can really appreciate the colouring which fades quickly after being caught.
