Even more improvements, with brand new stainless steel flybridge canopy and detachable ladder for easy mounting for having a swim in the summer months. Plus you can see the side windows on the cabin have been filled in, but this is only some of the visually obvious changes; see next photo.
2015: Great new shade fitted over the back deck, which folds in half when playing a big fish in the fighting chair so as not to get in the way of the rod, it works absolutely perfect and is a must on very hot days.
2015: Another angle of the folding shade.
2015: Both engines where also rehauled this year with the slightly older port engine having a complete rebuild $$$ !!!.
2013: We also had a major overhaul of the engines alignment with re-positioning of shafts, new stern glands, P-brackets, engine mountings etc which has them running as smooth as silk.
This side on view shows the good length of the boat and amount of all-round 360 degree fishing access with strong high saftey rails. There is plenty of space for the bottom fishing and we do not over crowd the boat, it's a 'Fishing Platform' from bow to stern with the front of the boat not too high + seats for everyone.
2013: Re-wiring of new dashboard and controls, plus another new more powerful Fish Finder added that is used in conjunction with the other one to give the best possible view of fish activity and image of the area we will be fishing, and targets the exact location and distance under the boat of every fish.
A veiw of the trolling rods ranging from 30, 50, 80 and 130lb set ups, also a pic of the fighting chair at the stern of the boat
Penn Senator 6/0 high speed Bottom fishing reels used to get those big stubborn fish off the sea bed
We are not legally bound to carry liferafts but do so anyway, along with all other saftey equipment, more than is necessary, but you cannot be too safe!
New Shimano 130lb Tiagra, and Penn 80lb VSW Big Game reels, plus six other Penn Senator 30 to 50lb class multipliers make up the average set up for the trolling.
Really went to town on the hull this time, worth every cent though.
A good view of the new stainless steel, 1 meter high rails that goes all the way around the boat for extra safety.
A few of my favorite Marlin/Big Tuna lures with top of the range Penn International 2 speed reel and 80lb class rod.
A few of the lures used for the Big Game.
A novel addition to our kiosk, dont worry it's not the wife She does'nt bite!
A Pic of the boat on the new mooring with the new deck and stainless steel rails fitted, with the sun shades put up ready in place.
